Copella – (p. co-pel-lah); n. (Greek) sophisticated, beautiful girl.

Copella Designs are bright, striking, and colorful statement pieces handmade by Greek Owner and Designer, Lia Moraitakis. Lia was born and raised in Atlanta and graduated from the University of Georgia. Copella Designs started after one of many buying trips to antique markets where vintage, costume, estate, and tribal jewelry caught Lia’s eye. Wanting to incorporate her own personal style, she decided to take matters into her own hands by designing and crafting eye-catching earrings and bracelets for her family and friends. Word spread and now Copella is sold online and in 12 stores (and growing!) throughout the southeast. The gold Grecian coins featured on several bracelets are traditionally used for Greek dancing costumes and are imported from her relatives in Athens, Greece. These fun and trendy pieces are sure to have you telling your friends “Girl, get you some Copella!”
