Tyler is a true southern belle with a flare of eclectic style. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Tyler went to college at the University of Alabama and graduated with a degree in Fashion Retail.

"Peyton Tyler," her jewelry line, was named after her Mother, a woman with great taste and a sense of unique, yet classic style. Tyler's parents were avid travelers, and her mother collected coins from their many adventures. She turned these coins into beautiful necklaces; Peyton's chic take on the classic souvenir.

The first Christmas after Peyton passed away, Tyler received a gift from her Father. It was Peyton's most cherished, gold 1986 Canadian coin necklace. The necklace became Tyler's staple accessory. When she moved to New York City to work in the Fashion Industry, she was stopped on the streets daily to ask where she got her necklace. Taking a cue from the fashionable New Yorkers, Tyler began collecting coins from flea markets all over the city.

One day Tyler sat down in Central Park and started making beaded stackable bracelets for her friends, and incorporated the coins. She passed them out to her friends and they couldn't get enough of them! It was then that Tyler decided to launch, "Peyton Tyler" the jewelry line.

When you wear a piece from the collection with a coin, remember- every coin is unique, the history and mystery of the coin is what makes each piece of jewelry a treasure. All handcrafted by Tyler, she has incorporated not only the coin, but a variety of beads, hand-carved wood & turquoise, antique charms and natural gemstones into her jewelry.
